Public Exhibition – Code of Meeting Practice

Council at its Ordinary Meeting held on Wednesday 25 March 2026 approved the Draft Code of Meeting Practice Appendix 1 Public Forum Rules. 

As per the Local Government Act, it is now on public exhibition for 28 days, until Tuesday 28 April 2026.  Councill will accept submissions on this document until Tuesday 12 May 2026.  

Please note the only change in the Code of Meeting Practice is the proposed Public Forum Rules which are contained in Appendix 1.
