OXLEY HIGHWAY

Restoration Work

From 9 January 2023 Transport for NSW is continuing major restoration work on the Oxley Highway at various locations between Knodingbul and Forbes River Roads. Single land, alternating traffic flow arrangements and reduced speed limits will be in place with short stoppages of up to 15 minutes during work hours which are Monday to Saturday from 7am to 5pm.

From Friday 22 March 2024 the Oxley Highway temporary Road Closures will be lifted.  Single lane travel restrictions will remain in place at several sites.

The maintenance of this road is ongoing and we will advise of changes as received from TfNSW. Always ensure you check the livetraffic.com website or app before travelling. TfNSW have advised it will take two years to complete the full restoration work.
