Public Exhibition – Draft Investment Policy

Council at its Ordinary Meeting held on Wednesday 30 September 2026 endorsed the Draft Investment Policy to be placed on public exhibition.

This Draft Policy has been updated and reviewed by Council and is now open to submissions from the public.

As per the Section 160 of the Local Government Act, 1993, the policies are on public exhibition until Friday 30 October 2026. 

Council will accept submissions on these policies until Friday 13 November 2026.

Submissions must be in writing and be submitted by email to council@walcha.nsw.gov.au or posted to PO Box 2, Walcha 2354 or in-person at Council Office at 2W Hamilton Street Walcha.
