Draft 2024 – 2025 Operational Plan – includes Budget

DRAFT 2024-2025 Operational Plan

Council, at its Ordinary Meeting held on 24 April 2024, approved the DRAFT 2024-2025 Operational Plan which includes the budget, fees and charges and Revenue Policy.  The Draft Operational Plan will be on public exhibition for a period of 28 days as per Section 405 (3) of the Local Government Act, 1993.  The public exhibition will end at 5:00pm Friday 7 June 2024.  During this time written submissions on the Draft Operational Plan will be received by Council.

Council will be conducting annual Regional Meetings during the public exhibition period where residents can discuss the Operational Plan with Council representatives face-to-face.  

On Monday 13 May Council will be visiting Moona/Winterbourne, Ingleba and Woolbrook areas and on Wednesday 15 May Yarrowitch, Brackendale and Nowendoc areas, finishing with a meeting in Walcha. Times and venues will be advised once confirmed.

Clr Eric Noakes

First Elected to Council on 10 September 2016.

Elected as Mayor on 28 September 2016. Re-elected unopposed on 22 December 2021.
