Applications, IN WRITING, are invited from local organisations for the allotment of dates for Street Stalls, Fetes, Markets and the like on FRIDAYS & SATURDAYS ONLY, in 2026.
By Council Policy, each organisation is limited to two (2) Street Stalls per year, to be held ONLY in the Street Stall Shelter, provided that where a surplus of dates is available they may be allocated at the discretion of the General Manager.
Applications are to state specific dates and to give alternate dates where possible. However, organisations should be aware that dates are allocated in order of receipt of applications.
Organisations are also requested to provide the names and contact details of current Executives of their organisations so that a current register can be kept at the Council for quick community use.

To ensure you receive the date your group/organisation requires send the applications as soon as possible.
