Public Exhibition – DRAFT Voluntary Planning Agreement & Renewable Energy Community Benefit Policy

Council at it’s Extra Ordinary Meeting held on Monday 6 May 2024 approved the:

  1. Draft Renewable Energy Community Benefit Policy; AND
  2. Draft Voluntary Planning Agreement – WinterbourneWind Pty Ltd

As per the Environmental Planning & Assessment Regulation 2021 Section 205 here is the Explanatory Note for the Planning Agreement public exhibition. 

These documents will be on public exhibition until Wednesday 12 June 2024.

During this time written submissions on these documents will be received by Council.  

Submissions are to be sent via email:  council@walcha.nsw.gov.au or posted to:  Walcha Council, PO Box 2, Walcha  NSW  2354
