Application form for Standard Conveyancing Certificates is available for download here.

The Application form is to be used for the following Certificates:

Environmental Planning & Assessment Act 1979:

  • Certificate under Section 10.7 (2)
  • Certificate under Section 10.7 (2) & (5)

Conveyancing Act 1919:

  • Copy of Sewer Service Diagram under Section 52A(2)(a)

Local Government Act 1993:

  • Certificate under Section 735A (incl. sch.5 EP&A Act 1979)
  • Certificate under Section 603; and
  • Special Water Meter Reading.

Payment is due on lodgement.  Processing time for Certificates is 10 business days and commences from date of payment.

Cheque:  Payable to Walcha Council
