LOCAL ROADS

Niagara Road

Niangala Road is CLOSED between Kilburnie Road and Aberbaldie Station. Recent storms have damaged culverts under the road making it too dangerous for vehicles. Repair work is ongoing and detour signage is in place. Niangala Road will remain closed through to next week as repairs are carried out

Middle Street CLOSURE

Middle Street will be closed on 24 September & 25 September 2024 between 7:00am and 4:00pm.

Please park your car on a nearby side street during this time.

Walsh Street CLOSURE

Walsh Street will be closed on 26 September & 27 September 2024 between 7:00am and 4:00pm.

Boxley Bridge Construction

On Niangala Road the Boxley Bridge is under construction. Please expect delays from the intersection of Niangala Road & Scrubby Gully Road to the intersection of Niangala Road & Surveyors Creek Road from 9am to 2:30pm.

ARMY Bridge on Niangala Road is CLOSED until FURTHER NOTICE due to bridge damage.

OXLEY HIGHWAY

Restoration Works - Update

From 9 January 2023 Transport for NSW is continuing major restoration work on the Oxley Highway at various locations between Knodingbul and Forbes River Roads. Single land, alternating traffic flow arrangements and reduced speed limits will be in place with short stoppages of up to 15 minutes during work hours which are Monday to Saturday from 7am to 5pm.
