Under the Local Government Act 1993 Section 405, Council must prepare a Plan (its Operational Plan), that is adopted before the beginning of each financial year, that details the activities to be engaged in by the Council during the year as part of the Delivery Program covering that year.
After the public exhibition Council received no submissions on the Operational Plan. The 2020 – 2021 Operational Plan was adopted at Council’s Ordinary Meeting held on Wednesday, 29 July 2020.
