Under the Local Government Act 1993 Section 405, Council must prepare a plan (its Operational Plan) that is adopted before the beginning of each year and details the activities to be engaged in by the Council during the year as part of the delivery program covering that year.
After public exhibition from 5 April 2017 to 16 June 2017, Council received no submissions on the Operational Plan.
The 2017 – 2018 Operational Plan was adopted at Council’s Ordinary Meeting held on Wednesday, 28 June 2017. The Plan consists of:
